My 2 complaint is the strap rubs my neck unless I have fabric in between. I have tried loosening the strap but that didnt work either. the extra strap holders get stuck in my hair sometimes too but otherwise I love it!

I mean, it WAS cheap. But if youre looking for something that looks more expensive than it is, keep looking. The material and hardware has a plastic-y look. Returned.
